A unique cottage with outstanding views in a tranquil setting with private woodland on route down to the coast and wilder walks. The space A two bedroom cottage that sleeps up to 4. It has has a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bedroom with two single bunkbeds. It can be combined with a 1-2 bed appartment next door - to be booked separately. Please specify how many adults and children and bedrooms required when you book. In the cottage, there is one bathroom with a shower. A large sitting room/dining room. Wifi available for free. New kitchen. . No shoes or boots to be worn inside the house Do bring your own slippers or sliders for internal use (if that is what you prefer). There is an outside sitting area and separate 'picnic' area with panoramic views over the Marshwood Vale. It is set in 8 acres of private land, with access to private woods. Ideal location for walking, walking maps and recommendations are available on request. Close to the Jurassic Coast - nearest beaches are Seatown and Charmouth. Paddleboard hire is available locally at Lyme and West Bay. There are small wildlife ponds above and below the property which are not suitable for paddling etc: children and dogs need to be kept under control. There is a badger set at the far end of the wood, it would be easy to lose a dog or small child down a hole, so take care if venturing that way. Guest access It is a three bed cottage. There are stairs which are quite narrow as it's a cottage. There are two toilets upstairs and down. It is possible to book the next door flat to turn it into an 8 person accommodation with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Other things to note Equipment Dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge. Cleaning materials under the sink and stairs. Dishwasher tablets are above the sink. Rubbish Please sort your rubbish to recycle it. The green lidded bin out the front is for recycling: paper, hard plastic and metal cans. The black lidded bin is for general waste. There is a container for bottles and a brown mini-bin for food waste.
