Two additional sleeping places can be provided on request in the living room with a pull-out couch (160x193cm) (the room cannot be completely darkened). The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, as well as an infrared cabin for wellness lovers. The apartment impresses with its open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer a wonderful view of the harbour. The equipment includes a smart TV, WiFi and a Blu-ray player, so there is no shortage of entertainment options. The underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth throughout the apartment, even in the colder months. Outside, a terrace with harbour views invites you to relax and enjoy. There is also a barbecue for cosy evenings outdoors. You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space directly in front of the house.
