Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in the private hot tub after a day of adventure. Walking Path: Enjoy easy access to a scenic walking path right out the back gate. Outdoor Grilling/Dining Area: Perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining with family and friends. Pet Friendly: Bring your furry friends along for the vacation. The space Welcome to our beautiful home. With 1972 sq ft of space and a scenic view of Mt Rose you’ll quickly relax just like home. The fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms allow for everything you want to do. All 4 Bedrooms and pull out sofa are located upstairs and are carpeted. Primary has a California King and attached bathroom with walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and closet 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and closet 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a closet Loft has a short queen pull out sofa bed. The 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs near the bedrooms. The 1/2 bath is downstairs near the entry door and living room. Garage is fully accessible for only you, the guest. An air hockey table and an electronic dart board should help entertain everyone. Additionally, a NEMA 10-30R plug is available for EV charging. Other things to note A walking path for you or your furry friends can be accessed right out the back gate. Please shut gate as you enter or exit. Hot tub is ready for your use day or night. Hot tub is secluded and in the back corner of the property. Star gazing at night or watching the snowcats groom Mt Rose is one of our favorites. (Please be respectful to our neighbors and limit noise and voices after 10 pm) Small Trager smoker is also available to use. Smoker pellets are in the laundry room next to the additional fridge.
