Discover Chateau Ethalee, a newly built and tastefully decorated apartment centrally located in Exuma. Set in a quiet neighborhood just 8 minutes from Exuma International Airport and 15 minutes from George Town, this modern beach-style retreat offers comfort and convenience. Guests are close to restaurants, food stores, and liquor stores. Enjoy a 1-minute walk from the backyard to beach access leading to Three Sisters Beach, plus a famous local restaurant just a 2-minute walk down the beach. The space The apartment features a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, with one bedroom offering an en-suite bathroom. Guests will enjoy a large, comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and relaxing after a day at the beach. Designed for comfort, space, and convenience. Please be aware that you must rent a vehicle as things on the island are very spread out and taxis are expensive. Just to let you know, we also offer car rental ( 4 door Nissan note) at a reasonable rate of $70 per day, along with a $150 refundable security deposit. For your convenience, we can have the car waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival. Feel free to let me know if you’re interested, and I’d be happy to assist with arranging it. Guest access Guests also have access to a full laundry room with two washers and two dryers, plus a large patio ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the island breeze, where you can hear the sound of the ocean from the patio.
