The space There is a lookout tower on the roof of the house, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy the sunrise or the sunset. Very short walking distance to the water access, where you can jump in the three seated kayak or take the two available paddle boards or the canoe from the house and explore around beautiful Moriah Harbor Cay and Man oWar where you can find the most beautiful sandbars in Exuma. Guest access All access to the entire property, except the 2 car garage. Other things to note Power surges are very common on the Island and the Caribbean, generally power will resume within a few min. just keep in mind Exuma is remote Island and we can’t control thing like power outage, WiFi interruptions, weather, ect., but we will make sure we will go further and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable and pleasant. Most of the roads outside George Town are not paved, be extra careful for typically bumpy roads and don’t forget to drive on the left side of the road NOTE: NO SMOKING There is a strict NO SMOKING, MARIJUANA OR VIPE policy. If you’re a smoker, please do so outside the house. IMPORTANT: If we notice that there were SMOKING ACTIVITIES inside the house, you will be fined up to $500.00.
