Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. If you like to be close to everything but still want some quiet time this is your place. Have your morning coffee while setting outside on the porch enjoying nature. Perhaps you are an early riser and would like to do some yoga on the large pool deck are take a swim. We also have a shelter where you could read a book and relax as well. You may also see some of the families of deer that often visit in our yard. The space This cottage is on the home owners property in the back yard. The pool and shelter sit between the two homes. The cottage is minutes away from restaurants and shopping. We are 27 minutes from Carowinds. Charlotte Douglas airport would be approximately 36 minutes from the cottage. Rock Hill, SC would be 31 minutes. Bank of America Stadium approximately 32 minutes. You will enter the same driveway as the home owner but will go up and around the home owners house to get to the cottage. Plenty of parking for 2 - 4 cars. You have your own private entrance to the cottage. This is a gravel dirt road and your vehicle might get dusty or dirty . I know some people do not like to get their vehicle dirty. Also I would not recommend driving a low to the ground vehicle due to the turn and going up a small incline to the drive to the back yard. I would recommend if possible coming before dark. Once people come in and can see it they understand and have no problem. We have had guest who had a 4 door sedan car come in without any problem. Guest access Guest will have the cottage and two side porches. Guest can use the pool - open seasonally, shelter and the fire pit area. Use outside areas at your own risk homeowners not responsible for any accidents. Other things to note Bedroom one has a full size bed and a full bathroom. Bedroom two has a king size bed and a full bathroom.
