Leave everyday life behind in our heated hot tub and relax in our sauna. You can end the evening with a delicious glass of wine on the large sofa. The space During your stay in our accommodation, you will have access to a 55 sqm apartment, with a sunny and friendly ambiance. Your apartment is on the ground floor. The spacious and luxurious amenities provide everything that completes a comfortable holiday: a cozy bed, with a selection of different sized pillows, air conditioning and a smart TV. In the bathroom you can find everything you need - towels, soap and hygiene items are provided by us. In your apartment there is a small kitchen with everything you need for self-catering - stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, pots, fridge, etc. The highlight is the private wellness area in the garden of your apartment. A heated hot tub, your own sauna, and BBQ awaits you here. Bathrobes, bath towels, slippers and sauna towels as well as an aroma infusion are provided by us. The house is in downtown Oberhausen. From the house you can walk to the old town in a few minutes. Here you will find numerous restaurants, pubs, cinemas, ice cream cafes and pastry shops in the area to relax and enjoy the day or evening. Guest access The property offers you the opportunity to retreat in your apartment and in the garden with a private wellness area for two. Your wellness area is protected from prying eyes and exclusively for you. Other guests have no access to the garden. In the house itself there are several units. However, each guest has their own apartment and can enjoy their break in their apartment undisturbed in peace. Bathing time and access to the garden is limited to the time between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Afterwards, you can relax in your apartment or go out to the nearby city. Other things to note Our goal is for every guest to have an unforgettable time in our house. That's why we have a handful of house rules that you have to follow and which you please pass through before your booking. Don't worry, they essentially concern nighttime peace and quiet and the avoidance of fire (false) alarms and the safe use of the wellness area.
