The 110 square meter apartment is in a wonderful location in the middle of the city, yet quietly situated by the Mühlenteich pond next to the bridge houses - the city's landmark. The apartment offers enough space for a group of 6 people to feel at home. On the balcony you can enjoy the view of the bridge houses, the mill pond and the fantastic landscape around the Kauzenburg. Experience the natural spectacle of croaking frogs and singing birds. The space The 110 sqm maisonette apartment extends over 2 floors (2nd floor + top floor) and offers a wonderful view of the city and nature. On the 2nd floor there is the living room with a large leather couch, relaxing armchair and 55” smart TV, as well as the dining room, a high-quality equipped kitchen and a wellness bathroom with bathtub. The balcony is a pleasant place to end the day with a glass of wine. On the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms with 2 king-size beds and 1 single bed as well as a shower bathroom. Guest access The key is stored in a key box. You will receive the code at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival after you have checked in online using the BRIGHT guest app. If you have booked an early check-in in the app, you will receive the code at that time. Your maisonette apartment is on the 2nd floor and in the attic. From here, you have a wonderful view of the landmark of the city of Bad Kreuznach—the historic bridge houses on the Nahe Bridge. Other things to note The trash cans for residual waste, paper waste, and yellow bags are located in the locked area next to the entrance door of Engel & Völkers on Nahebrücke. The keys and a drawing can be found in the apartment. Glass waste MUST be disposed of by yourself. As the apartment is located in the city center and parking spaces are scarce, I have rented a parking space for my guests in the nearby “City Parkhaus Mühlenstraße” (120m, 2 minutes' walk). This parking space can be booked in the BRIGHT Guest App for a fee of €3/day.
