Riverview House is a charming holiday home designed to accommodate the whole family, including your furry friends! With views of the harbour, this spacious and comfortable property offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. The space The house boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. In addition, the second lounge features a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to 10 guests with ease. Both lounges are equipped with wood-burning stoves, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for cozy evenings in. On the ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The well-equipped, self-catering kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, making it a pleasure to cook for your loved ones. The large dining table is ideal for family meals and gatherings, providing a central place for everyone to come together. Accessed from the dining area is the large furnished deck and this outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding with an evening drink. The deck also features a BBQ area and a pizza oven, making it an ideal spot for al fresco dining! Moving to the first floor, the master bedroom is a bright and airy room with a king-size bed, there is a triple room with a double bed, a single bed, and an en suite wc. Also on this floor is the newly refurbished spacious family bathroom with a bath and a large walk-in shower. The second lounge is also on this floor along with the games room which offers entertainment for all ages, ensuring that everyone stays entertained throughout their stay! Patio doors from the games room lead to the rear garden which includes a furnished gravel terrace, the garden is then tiered with further seating at a higher level. On the second floor are the additional double room, the twin room, and a second shower room for added convenience. There is a utility room equipped with laundry facilities and an additional wc on the ground floor, parking for two cars outside (please note the access is steep and narrow in places) and free wifi. Riverview House is both child and animal friendly, and is designed to ensure that everyone, including your furry friends, has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owners really have thought of so many little extras to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all family members, you will not be disappointed by this house and all it has to offer. Coming to the market in July 2024 we cannot wait to welcome our first guests. Guest access The road leading to the property is steep and narrow in places but accessible for vehicles up to transit van size as shown in the pictures. Additional parking is available at the Millpool car park, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the property, with a weekly parking ticket costing £26.30. Alternatively, free on-street parking can be found at Hannafore, approximately a 10-minute walk away. There is an external flight of steps leading from the road and parking up to the property entrance. Internally the property is arranged over three floors and access to the higher areas of the rear garden involves steps without a hand rail. There areas of limited head height in the upstairs bedrooms. Property is only suitable for the physically able due to the steps and steep hill. Other things to note Towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
