Hi! I have a 2-room apartment located in a quiet residential area available for rent. 5-minute walk to Jordbro station and 30 minutes by train to Stockholm City. You can find a beautiful forest, some playgrounds for children and a large grocery store in the area. The apartment consists of a kitchen/living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. Please Note: This is a purely residential area designed for relaxation. If you are looking for a lively "city-center" vibe with nightlife and bustling streets right outside your door, this might not be the right fit for you. However, if you want to enjoy the forest air and still reach the city center in just 30 minutes by direct train (or 20–25 minutes by car), you’ll love it here! Other things to note If you wish to check in early, or check out late, we charge 250kr. This only by prior agreement, with at least 24 hours notice. We are 530m from Jordbro station, with trains every 15 minutes into Stockholm. The train takes 30 minutes. 40 minutes after leaving us, you will arrive in central Stockholm. We are 24km from the centre of Stockholm. This is a 20 minute drive, which if taking a taxi should cost around 250-300kr with Bolt or Uber. Yellow taxis are much more expensive. Please note there is a toll for driving in Stockholm Monday to Friday 06:00 to 18:30. If with a car: Arlanda Airport is 63km away, and takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour Skavsta Airport is 111km, and 1 hour 20 minutes We are also close to many boat ports: Nynäshamn is 39km, and 30 minutes away. Viking Terminal is 25km, and 25 minutes away Tallink Terminal is 25km, and 25 minutes away. Parking is NOT free in the carpark. You must pay via the app shown at the entrance. It is charged 24 hours a day, to a maximum of 85kr per day.
