Downstairs: Relax in the spacious living area featuring a large modular king-size sofa, a record player, and entertainment options with Netflix and Apple TV included. The well-equipped kitchen has all the cooking items you need, including a toaster, kettle, and cooking utensils, along with fresh milk, a stocked fruit bowl, and a De’Longhi coffee machine with Dawn Patrol beans. The laundry room is stocked with washing liquid and softener (but no dryer). An additional toilet and powder room are also on this floor, along with a cozy outdoor patio with private access to Little Rundle Street. Second Floor: The main bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and access to a large outdoor balcony. The second bedroom features bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. Both bedrooms open to the expansive balcony, and a bathroom with a shower is located on this floor. Parking: Enjoy secure parking with access via a remote-controlled gate on King William Street, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. Family-Friendly: We can provide additional items for kids—just let us know the age range, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs. Guest access Access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all amenities and the large outdoor balcony. The only restricted areas are the communal spaces shared by building residents and a storage cupboard, ensuring your stay remains private and comfortable. Other things to note Please note that we have a strict no-party policy or additional guests to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. There is a remote-controlled gate for parking located on the side of the property. Please note that particularly during peak times, you may hear the gate open and close from time to time during your stay.
