About the Villa: • Spacious rooms (~200 sq. ft.) with attached bathrooms, balconies/terraces • All rooms and the living room are air-conditioned with large beds and comfortable furnishings • Villa faces an open garden, offering lush views from every window • The living room has a comfortable seating with a large screen television for you to netflix and chill • The kitchen are includes a large refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, all cooking utensils and a cozy bar counter • Daily cleaning for house and utensils (except Wednesdays) • Attached (Ensuite) washrooms in all the bedrooms Community Features: • Gated society with 24x7 security • Large shared swimming pool (open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, closed Sundays). House is 50meters from there > Swimming pool is common and is accessible only between 9:00am and 6:00pm. It is on a paid basis at INR 100 per person per day. Its closed on Sundays > Swimwear is mandatory for the same and the life guard has all the rights to say no in the absence of swimwear > Swimming pool may look a little old but is functional and is cleaned daily Other things to note 1) We change the linen every third day.
