Our lovingly renovated country house is versatile – be it as a comfortable vacation home or inspiring seminar venue. The space Your dream vacation home: space for relaxation and adventure Our spacious country house offers 180 m² of living space and an impressive 10,000 m² of outdoor space, including about 4,000 m² of forest. Here you will find four cozy bedrooms, a large open kitchen with a recreation room, a fireplace and living room, an inviting entrance and game room, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower and a guest toilet. The bedrooms accommodate two to four people and are equipped with roller blinds that provide muted sunlight. Children are very welcome and can let off steam in the spacious outdoor area while playing catch, soccer or archery. A slackline invites you to climbing and skill exercises, and if you like it quieter, you can relax in the hammock. There are also numerous leisure activities indoors: climbing on the wall bars, dancing in the recreation room, cozy hours in front of the fireplace or TV, social game evenings or cooking together in the large kitchen. For the little guests, dollhouses and animal figures are available. The house, built in 1930, was renovated with a lot of love and care. Original floors, historic doors and the old staircase have been preserved and lend the house its unique charm. The associated property is idyllically located between meadows and fields, perfect for a relaxing and adventurous stay. Other things to note The Mecklenburg state capital Schwerin is easily accessible by car in just 25 minutes and also by train from Hagenow Land station, which is virtually "around the corner." Another attractive destination in the area is the Hanseatic city of Rostock, which is about an hour's drive away with many leisure opportunities.
