Located between Daymer Bay and Polzeath, Samphire is just a 10 minute walk to Polzeath beach, so you can enjoy a peaceful retreat right next to all the action. Downstairs, the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area has a light and airy feel, with glass doors which open out onto a secluded south-facing private patio with barbecue. The log fire is perfect for cosying up when it’s cold too. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain whilst on holiday and the separate utility room houses a second freezer and fridge, for when extra space is needed. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, is the large master bedroom and a second bathroom with a bath - perfect for evening soak, after a long day at the beach.
