Vacation home on Siegstrand

Spacious country house/farmhouse with large balcony and river views. It can accommodate more than 20 people. There are plenty of beds for everyone. People can also sleep on the couches. The house is around 220 m². There are three bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large dining table. The garden is not part of the rental property, but can be used. Other things to note Since guests have recently been charging their electric cars with us several times, we are forced to bill the electricity consumption separately. Please note this when booking. For this, an advance payment of €100 is required, which must be paid to me separately before arrival. Please note that cats live around the house, they must be respected. Please don't bother the cats. The cats' dining area is under video surveillance, please note this. If you don't agree, please don't make a reservation.
