We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not the property for you. Music and noise are strictly prohibited in the patio and pool area after 11:00 p.m. No Pets are allowed in this Property. No smoking of any kind ANYWHERE on this property. CHILDREN Children must always be supervised by parents at all times during the stay. ACCESSIBILITY St. Maarten/St. Martin is a stunning island destination. To enhance your experience and easily navigate the island, we highly recommend renting an SUV or a similar vehicle suited for local driving conditions. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY This home has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 people.
