Yellow Nest "Manipura"
Description
Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. The views are spectacular whether clear or in the clouds. A very peaceful, quiet, and safe place There is a tonal focus and a pyramid, especially for meditation and introspection. The space The Yellow Nest is one of the 7 tree houses of the Monte Mitla Ecoaldea. It has a king size bed open to the window and a double bed on the loft also open to the window. A full bathroom with hot water. It has a kitchenette with a wooden table for eating. Balcony with barbecue and table. It is a small cabin elevated above the treetops with beautiful views. Built with wood, mud and recycled materials. It is rustic, "no luxuries" the only luxury is the tranquility that is lived here and the spectacular views of the distant mountains, lakes and volcanoes. We get nature's services such as rainwater, hot water from a solar heater, if there is no sun; the fireplace is lit and the water is heated. The electricity comes from solar panels so you can't connect appliances that consume a lot of energy such as heat irons or coffee makers or refrigerators; instead there is a cooler for everyone to bring their own ice. There is electricity and all kinds of chargers can be connected. 100 meters from the cabin there is a tonal focus, a labyrinth of cedars and a pyramid built especially for practicing yoga, meditation, photography or introspection. Also around the 13 hectare mountain there is a path with viewpoints to the 4 surrounding villages. If you like nature, tranquility, ecology, photography, or introspection, this is your place Guest access When you arrive in Mazamitla, you can search on Google Maps for Monte Mitla ecoaldea. Or head towards San José de Gracia, 4 kilometers away on the right sidewalk. You'll find some cacti and an entrance booth (2-story adobe) to the Monte Mitla subdivision. Enter through the left gate and from there it is a somewhat steep one kilometer climb. Go up slowly but without stopping halfway up because the car may slip. Almost to the top you will find some red bars, lift them to pass and lower them please. We'll wait for you at the top. From Mazamitla by car it takes 5 minutes to the entrance and about 10 minutes to the top of the mountain. We'll wait for you here where the road ends. Once at the top, EL NIDO AMARILLO is number 4 counting from left to right #4
