Other things to note By condominium regulation, no outside food or beverages are allowed in the pool area. The restaurant located next to the pool offers food and beverage service for added convenience. Also, no pets are allowed inside the building, including apartments and common areas. Parking is operated by an external company; as a host I cannot be held responsible for partial or total damage caused by this service. I can gladly assist in the management of any claim, but the responsibility lies entirely with the company that manages the parking lot. Date changes must be requested at least 7 nights in advance. Changes cannot be made within that period.
