With direct access to cycling trails, hiking paths, and the convenient, complimentary free shuttle, this three-bedroom home has space for the whole family. Plus, guests of Bear Hollow have access to the amazing community center, which features a fitness center, business center, fire pits, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and gathering areas with BBQs. The open GREAT ROOM combines a LIVING AREA, DINING TABLE, and KITCHEN. A wonderful space to hang out and relax, this well-designed area combines modern luxuries like a large HDTV and a cozy gas fireplace with traditional ski chalet touches like natural wood trim and comfy, modern furnishings. You can choose to kick back on the large sectional sofa that faces the fireplace or curl up on one of the classic armchairs. A sliding glass door leads outside to your private PATIO, where you’ll find a CharBroil barbecue for grilling out. In the KITCHEN, rustic black cabinets are topped with gorgeous granite countertops. Besides the round DINING TABLE that seats five, there’s also additional seating for four at the peninsula bar. Premier appliances include a stainless steel refrigerator, a gas range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Countertops appliances like a toaster oven and— perhaps most importantly— a Mr. Coffee make breakfast prep a breeze. The first bedroom is the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE and features a luxe queen-size bed set into a grand wood frame that faces a large HDTV. The ENSUITE BATHROOM includes a double vanity sink, a step-in shower, and a separate jetted jacuzzi tub which is ideal for an aprés-ski soak. The SECOND BEDROOM houses a queen-size bed and an HDTV, while the third bedroom is a BUNK ROOM with a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed, a separate twin-size bed, and an HDTV. Another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. For additional sleeping, there is a Queen raised and self-inflatable air bed. There’s also a LAUNDRY NOOK with a stacked washer and dryer. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month.
