House with an ocean view and access

Escape the stress of the city and travel to this beautiful place with your whole family or friends. Our house has two apartments with direct ocean views. It's a perfect place to disconnect and recharge your batteries. It's one of the most beautiful beaches in Peru. Nearby places: - Mangroves of Tumbes - Zorritos Boilers - Beaches: Punta Sal, Órganos, Máncora - El Ñuro (swimming with turtles). * Each apartment accommodates 9 people, with an additional charge per person for more people. The space Our house is distributed on 4 floors. FIRST FLOOR: parking, green areas, direct beach access, space for a campfire. SECOND FLOOR: apartment 1; it has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV, 9 beds, 1 guest bathroom, an open kitchen that is integrated with the living room and dining room, portable fans, 2 macramé swings, 1 large mirror that is in the living room, volleyball and soccer ball, iron for clothes, decorations inside the apartment. THIRD FLOOR: apartment 2; it has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV, 9 beds each with 2 places, 1 guest bathroom, kitchenette (it is an open kitchen that is integrated with the living room and dining room). FOURTH FLOOR: private terrace. THE KITCHEN INCLUDES: a kitchen with a hood, refrigerator, blender, cooler, pots, kettle, rice cooker, frying pan, plates, cutlery, knives, ladles, lemon squeezer, cups, glass and plastic glasses, wine glasses, placemats. ROOMS INCLUDE: 1 set of sheets and blanket for each bed, 1 towel for each person. BATHROOMS INCLUDE: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 hand soap. Guest access As a guest, you'll have full access to the common areas of the house designed for your enjoyment during your stay. Wi-Fi connection: we have a modem (rechargeable portable internet).
