Lovely cottage near Harstad/Narvik airport

Relax with family/friends in this cottage located by itself under the magical Niingen overlooking Strandvannet. Here you can see the northern lights, go mountain hiking, hunt small game, fish and enjoy quiet moments on the terrace or inside a bright and inviting cabin. It is about 2 km to the nearest grocery store (Bunnpris). Niingskroa with a gas station is about 1.5 km away. It is 16 km to Harstad/Narvik Airport, 45 km to Narvik, and 59 km to Harstad. The cabin is bright and pleasant and well equipped with what you need. The space The cabin is idyllically located for itself under Niingen and overlooking Strandvannet. There is garden furniture on the terrace where you can have your meals when the weather allows. Well-equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices, as well as coffee and tea available. The three bedrooms have a bunk bed (120 cm/75 cm), a single bed 90 cm, and a double bed 150 cm, respectively. Living room with 4-seater sofa and two lounge chairs, entrance with shoe rack, hooks and storage baskets, bathroom with shower, toilet and two sinks. In the bathroom you will also find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, detergents and toilet paper. Outdoor shed with washing machine, and here you will also find charcoal grill and chair cushions for the garden furniture. Here you get a feeling of luxury and can enjoy the nature and silence. Guest access The entire cabin can be used. Other things to note There are many hiking opportunities in the Bogen and Evenes area. There is a path/lighted trail around the entire Strandvannet. You can pick blueberries, and there is a beach where you can swim and enjoy the sun. From the cabin you take the road to the left to the power station where the road ends, and from there the trail goes to the beach and around the water. You can take more demanding trips to Domingen and Niingen right from the cabin. By driving a little bit you will find many other hiking opportunities. Evenes Turlag has maps and good hiking suggestions. They also sell hiking maps at Niingkroa in Bogen. Otherwise, there are both fishing and hunting opportunities. If you want to see the Northern Lights, you have the opportunity throughout the winter. There is a nice little walk from the cabin to Niingkroa where you can buy hot food/dinner and soft ice cream. It is also walking distance to Bunnpris grocery store where you will find a good selection of food, household items, fishing equipment, etc. The cabin is bright and nice and invites you to cosiness and fun close to nature. The washing machine is in its own room, you lock yourself in the door to the right of the main entrance. Here you also find a small grill with charcoal, lighter fluid and grill cutlery that you can use. From the cabin you can drive to Narvik, Sweden (73 km), Harstad (59 km) and Lofoten (178 km).
