A fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave and coffee machine, ideal for preparing your meals with ease. Three spacious bedrooms: A master bedroom with a double bed. A bedroom with a double bed. A family dormitory with a double bed and three single beds, perfect for children or groups. Two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink and toilet for maximum comfort. Private 6-person Jacuzzi installed on the terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea. The hot tub is included from April to October. From November to March, it is closed but can be made available again upon request, for an extra charge to cover the costs of preparing it (filling it and bringing it up to temperature). A large enclosed garden, perfect for letting children or pets play safely, with a furnished terrace and a barbecue to fully enjoy al fresco dining. Private parking accessible to people with reduced mobility, so that everyone can enjoy a stay without constraints. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, offering a peaceful, welcoming setting that is perfectly suited for a stay with family or friends. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden is completely private, ideal for your leisure time in complete tranquility. Parking is private, with a section specially reserved for the cottage, ensuring convenient and comfortable access. Other things to note The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and maintained before your arrival to ensure hygienic and enjoyable use. It must remain in a clean state throughout the stay. A detailed information sheet will be given to you for optimal and secure use. Pets (2 maximum) are welcome, subject to prior authorization. Make sure they don't climb on beds or sofas, and tenants will need to pick up their feces before they leave to keep the space clean. The parking area is shared, with a section specifically reserved for the cottage, ensuring convenient and comfortable access. The courtyard is partially enclosed, while the garden is completely private, perfect for relaxing moments in complete serenity. Outdoor games are available in the garage area, including table tennis and floor hockey. These amenities are available upon request to enhance your stay. Groups of young people and evening gatherings are not allowed, in order to preserve the calm and serenity of the premises. Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m., although we encourage you to fully enjoy your vacation, while respecting the neighborhood and the peaceful setting.
