Roomy 1 bedroom cottage perfectly located 5 min walk to Rockley beach, shops, restaurants, and bus routes to anywhere on the island. We are in a quiet neighborhood with a paddock in the backyard where the horses may come by to tell you good morning. The space Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery/crockery/glassware, and an island type counter eating area separating kitchen from sitting area with TV. There is also a small patio with a garden view as additional space. Guest access Booked guests have full access to entire villa, which is located at the back of the main premises, through a garden path. Parking: Access to parking space on the street. Beach Towels: We can provide beach towels. There is a US$30 fee for any lost or damaged beach towels, which will be deducted from security fee. Laundry: Nearby laundromat, approx. 200 yards from villa. Telephone: No access to a land line.
