Each staircase has 2 flights of steps( one flight to each level). Unfortunately there is NO lift access. Apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen,living ,bathroom and balcony area. Living room size (4.4m×3.7m) includes quality soft leather lounge, two leather recliners( one is electric), 65 inch 4k high definition oled TV with full netflix, kayo, you tube premium subscription availability. High speed internet(100 Mbps speed). Game cupboard,full length mirror, led reading lamp, USB options. Sliding timber coffee table. Mitsubishi single unit air conditioning heaating/cooling in living room only. Portable radiator electric heater. Kitchen size( 2.4m ×3.4m) table with 4 chairs, swivel chair, large fridge, microwave, nescafe coffee machine with pods,some basic food supplies including eggs juice,milk,butter, breakfast cereals, cutlery, plates,desert bowls, cooking pans,pots, gas cooking top,oven,dish washer. Bathroom includes washing machine, quality condenser clothes dryer, metal wash trough, shaving cabinet, medium large round mirror, towel hooks, portable small linen trolley, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, hair dryer and hair straightener, body lotion,conditioner,shampoo,body creams, shower. Smaller bedroom size ( 2.4m ×3.4m) includes double bunk king single bed, duck down feather duvet/doona spread. Quality medium sealy mattress. USB port top of bedside table. Built in wardrobe along end wall with drawers. Quality floor rug. Smart lock available on door turned on at request ( with code sent otherwise turned off) and generic safety code on door. Larger bedroom ( 3.3m × 3.65m) includes king single bed with two drawers underneath. A double bed on bottom and single on top of double bunk bed. Three beds in room total. Feather and duck down duvet/doona on all beds. USB access on top of two bedside tables in room. One side wall built in wardrobe with drawers. Quality floor rug. Balcony verandah size( 4.2m ×1.1m) includes gas BBQ cooker with gas bottles. Small table and two chairs. Guest access The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen,living room and bathroom, with balcony adjoining the kitchen. Balcony BBQ not available from 9pm to 7am. Both bedrooms have good sized built in wall wardrobes. All unit 41 internal apartment areas are available for our guests exclusively. Pool access is strictly NOT available to guests at any time. Smoking/ vaping outside apartment areas at road only. One car park space( number 41) available at right hand rear corner, adjacent to the visitor car parking space. Rubbish bins are provided on ground at side entrance wall and front for you to use. (apartment community general council bins). Use any of them that have room in them. All red bins ( general rubbish) and yellow bins (recyclables) are available. Other things to note Am kindly asking guests to quietly enter serendipity late at night. Two metal stair cases to 3rd level apartment. Shower water flow variations. At times shower can have variable, ( cold/hot) water temperature variations from a few seconds to 6 or 7 seconds. Sometimes not at all during a shower and usually not more than one time. Locality is in proximity to Anzac Highway which has some level of traffic noise.
