We have a total of 16 newly renovated rooms to choose from. All our rooms at this address are currently listed (and priced) 50% lower due to the ongoing maintenance of the elevator. Your room will be located on the 5th floor, which is 3 floors up starting from the second level. CHECK IN/OUT TIME: Check in time is from 3 PM onwards. Should your arrival be in the wee hours of the night, do let us know in advance. Check out is strictly at 12AM. We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guest. P1500php shall be charged for LOST KEYS since doorknobs will have to be replaced. UNDECLARED GUEST/S: We charge 500php per day/pax for each guest that wasn’t declared while booking via Airbnb. Ideal # of guests- Maximum of 2 pax only. We have other rooms/listings that can cater to a bigger group. Click on our profile photo to view them. SHEETS AND TOWELS: All sheets and towels are new and fresh each time new guests come in. CLEANING LADY and her FEE: Should you want your room be cleaned WHILE you are checked in, our on-call cleaning lady charge 200php for this task. An additional 200PHP fee if you want your sheets and towels changed as well. We offer complimentary weekly cleaning service/s to long-term guests. Guests are encouraged to leave the room while the cleaning lady does her job. This is to limit contact between the guest/s and the cleaner. SMOKING: Smoking cigarettes inside the room is STRICTLY prohibited. A fine of 2,000php shall be imposed to those who don’t follow this rule. This will cover the accommodation fee for the day you check out since we cannot have the room rented out to another guest after your stay. PARKING: THERE IS NO ALLOTTED PARKING SPACE FOR ALL OUR ROOMS. Baguio is a walkable city. The local government is very strict about parking in the city. Vehicles may easily be towed / fined for disobeying parking guidelines. SECURITY: The building has an on-duty security guard that makes his rounds in the bldg. from 6pm to 6am. However, we still do recommend that you lock your door esp. when you leave your room as an added precaution. We shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries, accidents or damage/loss to personal belongings sustained while in the unit or the building premises. WiFi and ELECTRICITY: Even though we rarely get connection problems from our internet provider (Converge), please be informed that slow or unstable internet connection is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Same goes for city-wide power outages since we do not have a power generator. ELEVATOR: Accdg. to the building owner, they already ordered the parts they need to repair the elevator. We will price the rooms significantly low until it is fixed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Guest must be physically able to ascend / descend flights of staircase. Your room is three floors down to the main road. But please make sure to keep it clean for the next user. Also remember not to microwave metal / foil esp. the foil covers in cup noodles.
