The terrace promises sun all day long and is equipped with wooden furniture, perfect for a barbecue evening. The property can be used freely and the garden is fenced. The open, bright kitchen offers high-quality equipment and flows into the stylishly furnished dining and living room, which offers direct access to the terrace and a wonderful view of the garden. The entire living area is therefore a family-friendly and communicative unit. Special features include the rustic dining table, which is reminiscent of the origins of the FISCHERKATE, the tiled stove and the underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Adjacent to the living area and with a view of the garden is the children's room. From the bunk bed, you can admire the twinkling star wallpaper at night, while a play cupboard keeps them occupied. The second bedroom is located in the attic and is characterised by its brightness, the exposed beams in the gable and its lovely furnishings. A cosy sofa bed is available for 2 more people. The stylish and spacious bathroom is also located in the attic. The glass rainforest shower offers an unforgettable relaxation experience. A car park directly at the house guarantees additional comfort. As a precaution, we would like to point out that there is another holiday home behind the semi-detached house as seen from the street. Please note that this property can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday.
