Other things to note • Game Room Location - The game room is in a detached, converted garage. This is located across the road from the main house, through the garage door and then up the stairs on the 2nd-floor. It's a private space perfect for games, lounging, or group hangouts. • Firewood Not Provided - Guests will need to bring or purchase firewood locally for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. We recommend Mane Wood, a trusted local provider nearby. • Safety Essentials - The property is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher for your peace of mind. • Seasonal Conditions - Depending on the season, water access and some outdoor amenities may be weather-dependent. Please plan accordingly for winter or early spring stays. • Our home is a smoke-free environment. This is to keep the space fresh for all guests.
