Villa Nour, Boutique Style Villa

Villa Nour was completed in 2019 and designed by the owners, with a contemporary architecture feel, locally sourced wooden beams and curated marble surfaces, filled with highlights of our personal creations. A self-catering, contemporary villa with a private pool in a charming rural retreat with a small intimate area of pine and eucalyptus woodland. The space Villa Nour, is a beautifully curated, home away from home designed with many personal, creative design touches. Featuring large wooden beams, industrial accents paired with large sophisticated relaxing spaces that are flooded with light. A modern / contemporary design in a rural, village location, ideal for families or small groups of friends and special occasions, or a romantic weekend getaway. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a selection of several large and small newly bought, non stick, pots and pans to cook for a large party of people. Full range of spices, such as paprika, cumin seeds, salt, olive oil, vinegar, tea, capsule coffee maker is available and stocked. We have a good sized barbecue available and situated near the entrance of the garage, ready to use with coal provided. A selection of shampoo / conditioner / shower gel / shower caps are provided throughout all of the main bathrooms as standard. Each bathroom has a full set of 4-5 towels. Fabric washing detergent and fabric conditioner is provided as well as a clothes drying wrack. CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee includes a full clean of the villa, bedclothes laundry charges, an electricity charge and a gardening fee to maintain the gardens. Guest access The villa has been designed with ease of access to the rooms. Both upstairs and downstairs areas both enjoy large hallways and plenty of space. There is a large stairs area which unite the top and lower floors which make it very easy for guests to move furniture around which they often do when moving the tables or the sofas to improve the comfort of their stay. There is parking available from the front entrance of the villa, but also from the back of the villa, which has another gate entrance accessed from a different road. If you need to bring several cars with additional guests, we recommend entering or parking the cars via the lower back gate. You will have plenty of space to park the cars via the back. You can easily park up to 5-6 cars upon the back driveway space. To the front of the villa there are no steps and a large wide front door for ease of access. Other things to note At Villa Nour we hope our guests will enjoy this rural setting whilst considering the surroundings and the premises of the villa rented. Please review the house rules. Kindly bear in mind that this is a rural place where you will most likely experience a real sense of rural life, local wildlife and Portuguese local culture.
