The apartment is intended for long stays for Erasmus students, so the atmosphere is stable and quiet, without constant rotation of companions. ⸻ 🛏 About the Room The room is equipped with: • 140x200 cm bed • Desk with chair and flexo • Closet with hangers • Mirror • Complete set of sheets, duvet and pillow It is interior, the room overlooks the neighbors' courtyard. ⸻ 🏡 Common areas of the apartment • Shared with a total of 4 companions • Professional cleaning one day a week • A full bathroom. • Fully stocked kitchen ⸻ 📌 Booking conditions from September Reservations are made directly from the ALQUILA CON COLOR website, as they are subject to a rental agreement with rules of coexistence signed by all the companions. To formalize the reservation it is necessary: 1. Administration fee: €300 • They are paid only once when signing the contract • They work as a reservation signal • Non-refundable 2. Security deposit: €670 • Refunded at the end of the stay, once the room has been checked • Pending electricity and gas bills will be deducted 3. Electricity and gas bills: • Approximately €30/month 4.
