Situated in a spacious walk-out basement with windows in both bedrooms, it’s ideal for 1–5 guests, including FIFA 2026 visitors. Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, parking and a complimentary snack bar are provided. Bike storage and an L2 EV charger are available. Breakfast is available upon request ($15). The space Welcome to our Premium Two-Bedroom Guest Suite, located in a peaceful, green area of North Vancouver — a true oasis at the foot of Mount Seymour. Though close to the highway for convenience, the property is completely free from traffic noise. Public transportation is easily accessible, with two bus stops within walking distance. The private 851 sq ft suite occupies the bright, spacious walk-out basement of our home and includes two beautifully furnished bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and hallway. Each bedroom has its own thermostat-controlled heater and windows for natural light. The Premier Bedroom (202 sq ft) features a king-size mattress and serves as the master, while the Deluxe Bedroom (89 sq ft) includes a high-quality hybrid queen mattress. A comfortable fold-out double sofa bed in the dining area allows accommodation for up to 5 guests. The suite has its own private entrance through the backyard, offering full privacy while being part of our family home. You may occasionally hear light footsteps above or our calm, hypoallergenic poodle when someone rings the doorbell. We are a quiet family, and quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, Netflix, complimentary parking, and a snack bar with coffee and tea. Amenities include 55” and 43” HD smart TVs, fridge, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine, kettle, toaster, induction cooktop, oven, Dyson air purifier, Dyson hairdryer, Dyson hand dryer, Dyson robot vacuum, and Rowenta steamer. Bedding, blankets, and pillows are regularly updated for top-level comfort. EV Charger: A Level 2 Autel Smart Charger (40A, 9.6kW) is available on-site and works with all EVs. Cyclists are welcome! We’re located near world-class biking and hiking trails. Guests may store their bikes securely in our garage and use the outdoor hose with retractable reel for washing. Breakfast is available upon request ($15 per person) and includes organic homemade sourdough bread baked by my husband, a professional baker. Espresso and cappuccino are also available. Meals can be delivered through an internal door by mutual agreement. We also offer exclusive restaurant-quality dinners, outdoor table setup, and additional services such as cleaning, laundry, and baby gear (crib, high chair, monitor, bathtub) — all upon request. Other things to note Appliance Info & Hidden Features All appliance manuals are located in the dining room, inside the silver chest with butterflies (top right drawer). There are two hidden switches: 1. In the kitchen — above the countertop, right of the coffee machine. Feel inside the gap to locate the small switch. 2. In the bathroom — the mirror light is touch-activated. Simply swipe your hand along the lower right edge of the mirror to turn it on or off. EV Charger A Level 2 Autel Home Smart EV Charger (40A, 9.6kW) is available on-site. It works with all EVs and supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, CAN, and RS485. Guests may manage charging through the Autel app if desired. For Guests with Babies We provide a full range of baby gear upon request — including a high chair, portable crib, dishes, baby monitor, and baby bathtub.
