A Country Getaway

This relaxing and peaceful place to stay is perfect for out of town workers and others who just need a getaway! Enjoy a little bit of country at its finest. Take advantage of a spacious backyard and side yard, complete with a charcoal grill, table, and six chairs. Be on the lookout for wild rabbits, squirrels, and birds who love to play in the space. Inside this home, enjoy streaming your favorite shows, while being connected with high speed internet. Stream Netflix, etc using your own accounts. The space In the spacious living room, guests will enjoy a comfortable sectional couch, a 55" Roku TV, an electric fireplace with remote, and a large square coffee table that is perfect for playing board games. The coffee table has extra throw blankets stored underneath if one wants to snuggle in with a book. In the fully stocked kitchen, one will find a new, full size refrigerator/freezer combo and a new stainless steel oven/cookstove. A microwave and two coffee makers are available. One of the coffee makers is a Keurig and the other is a traditional type which uses filters and grounds. A large selection of cookware, bakeware, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, and flatware are provided. Dishcloths, hot pads, paper towels, and a spice rack are also available. In the laundry room, guests are welcome to use the new washing machine and dryer. There are also racks located in this room for guests who need to "hang dry" any delicate articles of clothing. There are three bedrooms. All three bedrooms have a closet, a dresser, a lamp with a USB outlet, and a 40" smart tv. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a Twin daybed with a trundle that pulls out to make a King size bed. Sheets, comforters, and pillows are furnished. Hangers for clothes can be found in each closet. The bathroom has tub/shower combo. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a hairdryer, a laundry basket, and a few rolls of toilet paper are provided for use during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to each room of the house. There is ample space to park, including a one-car carport attached to the house. There is a circle driveway that guests are welcome to use. A smart lock code for entrance to the front door will be sent prior to guest arrival. Other things to note No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. This home is centralized near many cities, including Covington, Brownsville, Somerville, Ripley, Millington, Memphis, and Jackson. So, if you want to go out and about, there are plenty of things to do, within a fairly short distance. In Covington: Rob and Bob's Farm Fresh Produce; the Historic Covington Square with clothing boutiques, antique shops, and restaurants; Tipton County Museum & Nature Trail; Cobb-Parr Memorial Park; Liberty Vintage Marketplace; Covington Country Club Golf Course; Covington Aquatic Center; Tipton County Public Library, and so much more!
