Our house is located in the best rated area in Lofer - in Scheffsnoth. The fantastic mountain view, the small stream in front of the house, the good air ... make your holiday a relaxing experience from the very beginning. Due to the central location of Lofer in the border triangle Salzburg-Tyrol-Bavaria, our house is also an ideal starting point for visits to the famous cities of Salzburg (UNESCO), Zell am See, Kitzbühel or Berchtesgaden (all about 40km away). The space Flat 1 LIVING AREA Flat 1 is located on the ground floor of our holiday home. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a WC, a large kitchen-living room and an anteroom. This gives you 82 square metres at your disposal. There is also a large sun terrace. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are furnished with large, sturdy double beds. Two of the bedrooms can also accommodate additional people thanks to pull-out sofas. BATHROOM / WC There is a bathroom with shower and WC directly in the flat. A further shower + WC is located on the lower ground floor. LIVING KITCHEN The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cater for yourself. However, it is also the central place in the holiday flat where you not only come together to eat, but also where plans are made for the next day, where you can catch up on the latest news via satellite TV, where games can be played and more. The table can seat up to 8 people. FLAT 2 LIVING AREA The holiday flat is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen-living room and a large entrance hall. This gives you 82 square metres at your disposal. In addition, there are two very large balconies (one in front and one behind the house) which are accessible from the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen and all offer a marvellous view of our mountain world. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are furnished with large, sturdy double beds (solid wood). Two of the bedrooms also have pull-out sofas to accommodate additional people. BATHROOMS / WC There are two bathrooms directly in the flat. Each of these has a shower and WC. (So there are 2 showers and 2 toilets directly in the flat) One bathroom is accessible from the anteroom, the other bathroom from one of the rooms. The bathrooms were renovated in April 2019. LIVING KITCHEN The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cook for your loved ones. It is also the central place in the holiday flat where you not only come together to eat, but also where plans for the next day are discussed, where you can catch up on world news via satellite TV, where games can be played and more. The large seating area in the flat can accommodate up to 10 people.
