The plot has a large lawn, perfect for families and children. On the lawn you will find a trampoline, football goal, doll house and other toys, as well as a workout rack. It is less than 200 meters down to the lake - nice little bay for fishing crabs, fishing otherwise, great rocks, swimming, etc. Lots of great hiking terrain right outside the door.
