Walking distance 3 mins - Maharajalela Monorail station 5 mins – Petrol Station / Grocery Store nearby Grab/Taxi are easily accessible in this area Other things to note *To our beloved guest, kindly take note that:- 1) The unit is strictly a non-smoking unit. * RM300 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found. 2) The Check-in time is 3 pm 3) The check out time is 11 am 4) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 12noon) will be charged at RM50 per hour and it is subject to the availability 5) No party is allowed 6) No Pet allowed 7) No Durian Allowed in the apartment. 8) Quiet hour is 10pm until 8am 9) All guests have to submit a copy of passport or driving license for identification 10) Extra Floor Mattress will be charged RM80 per night (incl one set of floor mattress, pillow, comforter and towel) 11) Please make sure to switch off all air-conditioners and lights before leaving the our apartment.
