Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Less that 5 min. from Cruz Bay with beautiful sunset views in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay. Fully airconditioned, drinkable water, great east and west views. The space Very comfortable 1BR 1 bath home in quiet neighborhood that is a mix of vacation homes and local residents. Guest access Guests will use the lower driveway for access to the cottage. The main house is being built to the east and we ask that you not use the upper driveway or venture into the construction area. Other things to note There is construction of the main villa occurring to the east side of the cottage. It is not happening daily and is usually quiet and done while guests are at the beach. There is a separate entrance for construction personnel who typically show up early and are gone by early afternoon. Renting a vehicle highly recommended. It may be hard to get taxis to come all the way up the hill to the house and you may have to walk part of the way.
