Rural holiday paradise on Halsnøy

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence with a complete rural style. With large living space in the garden with greenhouse, playhouse, fire pan and dining area. The space Outside the house there is plenty of space for parking cars, and a smart charger for electric cars. Through the front door you will come to a large and spacious entrance, where there is plenty of space for both prams etc. On the first floor you will find the bathroom, which is bright and pleasant, as well as heated floors, the kitchen, the dining room and a living room with good seating for a relaxing evening with either board games or a good movie. Up the stairs there is a bright and inviting hallway, with a cozy seating area, and three doors to the different bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a good double bed and a bio fireplace in the corner for a relaxing end to a rural day. Bedroom 2 contains a spacious single bed, a variety of books and toys for the little ones, as well as a small crawl space in the corner, which can quickly be transformed into a magical reading corner for the little ones. In this room there is also a fire escape outside one of the windows. Bedroom 3 contains a 120 cm bed, as well as a desk, and can function perfectly as a home office during the day. All bedrooms naturally meet all requirements with adequate escape routes, and are otherwise bright and pleasant. Guest access The entire house with garden, greenhouse and playhouse is available for our guests. Here you can relax under the parasol, make dinner at the outdoor kitchen or take a lovely bath in a bathtub with lion feet in "gold". Other things to note The house is excellently located in terms of various attractions in Kvinnherad. Only a short drive (4km) away is Halsnøy Monastery - a historic place worth seeing. Husnes is a 10-minute drive away, and has a variety of exciting family activities, dining options and a rich selection of shops. Rosendal, with a number of exciting top tours, Baroniet, Michelin restaurant Egget and magnificent nature, is about 30 min away by car.
