New Apartment in Copacabana

Newly renovated apartment, super charming and cozy. Located one block from the beach, 150 meters from the subway (Cardinal Arcoverde Station) and 200 meters from the Copacana Palace Hotel. Total ease for public transportation, Uber, taxi and very close to Bike Itaú station. Nearby are excellent restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, laundromats and supermarkets. Building with complete safety and family, with doormen every day (Including Holidays) until midnight. The space In our space there is a double bed, a double sofa bed and two single mattresses; a bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning fully air-conditioning the apartment. We only accommodate 6 people per rules established by the condominium (infants and children count), there is no possibility of negotiating the number of guests. Other things to note The apartment is very cozy and compact. We have a double bed, a double sofa bed and two single mattresses. The building does not have a garage, but there are parking spots on the street and paid parking 50 meters from the building. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. Note: A $200 fee will be charged if you need to check in early or check out after the stipulated time.
