The Space: The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a King size bed, and the other with a Queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can also enjoy a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and cooking utensils, smart tv with cable and wifi, safe. Guest Access: Singular Joy is the name of the condominium, which has a 24/7 reception and security, elevator, a laundry area, and the best, the rooftop with an incredible view of the sea, two pools, a jacuzzi, a massage room with a view to the sea too. On the rooftop you can spend hours enjoying the sun and the pools or watch the sunset and order something at the restaurant/bar. You can also walk to the beach, which is just a few steps away, and in the afternoon/evening, go for a walk along Fifth Avenue, have dinner, or party. The Neighborhood: The apartment is located one block from Fifth Avenue, where you will find Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques. And one block from the beach access. Getting Around: You can walk everywhere, it is not necessary to rent a car to move within Playa del Carmen. To go to Archaeological Zones you can contact our Concierge and he will be able to indicate the best option, as well as any other tour or activity you want to do. Other Things to Note: Food and drinks not included. The building staff is independent from us, any information or questions you have please contact us. Massages are not included, they must be contracted separately. There may be noise at night since it is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen but you can sleep at night with windows closed. The parking lot in the building is only for the owners, guests can stay on the street and it is metered, paid with coins. Our check-in times are from 4 pm, however if you arrive earlier you can leave your bags with the cleaning staff from 12 pm and go out to eat or be on the rooftop while we leave the apartment ready . In the apartment we manage a light saving system where you need to put the access card to the apartment in a card holder and thus be able to turn on the air conditioners. In case of loss of the card the cost is $2,000 pesos.
