We're also near beaches if you like to relax. 5 minutes to Kaiser Daly, Daly Downtown & BART Daly Station 10 mins to Kaiser South SF & SFO airport. Restaurants & supermarkets available w/in walking distance. The space Our Cozy Private Room with Shared Bathroom, Shared Kitchen Access in our Co-Living Home is perfect for Nurses, Healthcare Professionals, Interns, Business Travelers, and those assigned to work in the Bay area who are looking for a secured, safe and comfy home but still wants to be on a budget. We are very near BART station and Busses so commute to and from work is a breeze. Please know that your Private Room its own keycode to access. You have access to shared bathrooms on the upper and lower floor. And shared access to our Kitchen and Living area. We encourage our guest to be out and about to explore the beautiful city of San Francisco. PARKING There is plenty of free residential parking around the house but it does get filled up quickly during the evenings. Please keep in mind of street cleaning signs. We also have one paid guaranteed parking spot available in front of the house for $150 per month per spot. Reservation is required in advance and depends upon availability. CHECKING OUT/ CLEANING Check out time is at 10AM. When checking out, please put the key back on the table, leaving the door closed. Double check for all your belongings. Please notify me when you have left. Please also NOTE: 1) We have an exterior camera outside only. 2) There might be another guests upstairs, so there might be potential noise possible but we try our best to remind all our guests to be very respectful of others and the neighbors. 3) Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of $150/month. One small pet max only. Other things to note For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we might require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee. We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of $150/month maximum one pet only. We have cleaners to clean up common area every other day so cleaning fee is mandated
