A cozy home located in the best part of the city

A 🏘 resident of the neighborhood for 30+ years, I renovated the house in 2022 and I'm always improving something. It has a beautiful graffiti by Auá Mendes 💙 😍 The entrance is independent, so you can get there easily! Here you are close to everything and the best places in the city :) Note: we do not have the convenience of an electric shower. The space The space has: Living ✅ Room + Home Office: Desk with bookshelf, chair and outlets for notebook/tablet. Time to study or binge-watch TV series! 🛌 Bedroom: Queen bed, air-conditioning, Smart TV, DVD and a bookshelf full of books (philosophy, administration, literature), CDs and DVDs. Feel free to enjoy all the content! 🍳 Kitchen: Refrigerator (for cold açaí!), cooktop, electric oven and space to test recipes (tambaqui stew, who's up for it?). Service 🧺 area: Washing machine and clothesline for drying. 🚿 Bathroom: Refreshing shower (no hot water, but in the heat of Manaus it is even an advantage😉). *** Having a problem during your stay?
