You can also see the tv when in the hot tub. -Half bathroom -Master Bedroom with king bed and luxurious ensuite full bathroom as well as private deck. -washer/dryer Upper level: Loft area overlooking the great room w/foosball and desk work area with kids coloring supplies as well. Second master bedroom has one king bed and one queen bed as well as ensuite full bathroom with separate shower and a jacuzzi tub. Sometimes rain, fog, snow, sleet or ice create unexpected and hazardous driving conditions - especially during the colder months of November - April. Since road conditions may become hazardous during your stay, a 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains AND the ability to drive on snow and ice are required to get to and from the property in winter months. Please note that the last portion of your drive (1/2 mile) as you approach the property will be on gravel road at gradual inclines. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE FULLY PREPARED and there will be NO refunds, allowances or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter. When weather is nice, you can make it to the property with 2 wheel drive, it can get muddy. Our driveway is flat to park in. Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in winter months bc you never know what weather conditions will occur. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 11am • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. This includes hot tub having to be drained bc of not following rules. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
