Parking for 2 cars and automatic gate. Located in the Serra Grande neighborhood. Sun loungers for sunbathing and a table with 6 seats. In the back, there is a barbecue and a bathroom. A large balcony that gives access to the house, with a hammock for relaxing. Two parking spaces and automatic gate. Service area with washing machine and tank. 1st floor: Large room with two environments, with many windows and pool view. Balcony facing the pool. One living room area with a table for six, for great family lunches, and another area with a sofa and TV (access to streaming services). The kitchen is spacious, with a table, refrigerator, freezer, large countertop and all household utensils. We also have a bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a view of the patio. Great for not having to climb stairs. 2nd floor: Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and air-conditioning. Both have access to the balcony, where you can see a beautiful sunset while sitting on a futon. In the second floor living room, there is a double sofa bed + a loose single mattress. There are two bathrooms in total. There are no en-suites. Spacious balconies on both floors. Close to shops, such as markets and pharmacy. Guest access Entire house, in a house neighborhood, with nearby shops, paved street. We have an automatic gate. Other things to note we do not hold events or any other type of celebration. the house is for guests only
