Countryside house with pool

Welcome to our newly renovated gîte with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, set in a pretty garden with a pool. The garden is well laid out with plenty of space for dining, swimming or relaxing under the trees. The owners (a couple) live in the adjacent house and will give you total private access to the pool & garden throughout your stay. An hour's drive from Bordeaux, the house is perfect for visiting the “bastide” towns, vineyards and is on a cycle path to Bordeaux The space 5 kms from the historical bastide town of Sauveterre de Guyenne, this stone house has been recently renovated whilst maintaining it's charm and authenticity in a calm and peaceful environment. The house is in a small hamlet with a dozen other houses with a large enclosed garden. On the ground floor - dining room with traditional fireplace, large bedroom with a Queen sized double bed, fully fitted kitchen, shower and WC and small TV room. Upstairs - two large bedrooms (one King sized double bed, one room either with two singles or one double), and a modern shower room with WC. The pretty garden (3000 m2) is full of trees and flowers and a lovely pool reserved exclusively for our guests. Guest access Welcome ! The gîte is an independent, self catering cottage. During your stay you will have full, private access to the garden and pool. Two cars can be parked inside the enclosed garden with an electric gate. Other things to note Brand new bedding Rental rates include bedding and towels (swimming pool towels not included) The swimming pool is not heated and is closed from November to April.
