Other things to note CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Seasonal lake maintenance happens during September, so please expect large machinery operating near the shorelines. Maintenance personnel are also present and moving about during the day. The machinery is parked in the back of the property, far from the lake, and does not block views or access to the shoreline, dock, or lake. Wander Concierge is happy to answer any questions or concerns. PET POLICY: Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. BOAT PARKING The dock can accommodate a 21' boat. LAKE SWIMMING NOT RECOMMENDED Due to the presence of vegetation in the lake, swimming is not ideal.
