Our finca is a charming residential community offering a variety of room categories as well as the separate apartments "Arriba" and "Abajo," providing you with comfortable and stylish accommodations for your stay. The Apartment "Arriba" The "Arriba" apartment is located in a peaceful setting and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It features a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, and all essential utensils, a practical dining area, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed – perfect for additional guests. A special highlight is the balcony, offering stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or wind down your day in peace. Shared Areas and Amenities In addition to your private apartment, you have access to the spacious communal pool area at Casa La Costa. The pool, over 10 meters long, operates with saltwater, is solar-heated, and maintained with a modern chlorination system. Comfortable loungers by the pool invite you to relax. High-Speed Internet Casa La Costa is equipped with a direct fiber optic connection offering up to 1 Gbps symmetrical data speed. You’ll have stable Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms, shared spaces, and outdoor areas. For data-intensive tasks, a wired connection can also be provided. Parking A secure parking space is available for your vehicle in the courtyard. If you have any questions, we are always happy to assist you. On the same property, there is another apartment and the adjacent main house, "Casa La Costa," each with its own entrance. Both can be booked additionally if needed. The spacious pool area is shared between the guests of the main house and the apartments. Other outdoor areas, such as the upper garden, yoga spaces, the courtyard with BBQ, and other private zones, are exclusively reserved for guests of the main house. The communal pool area is accessible to all guests from outside. A lockable door between the pool area and the courtyard ensures that apartment guests do not have access to the private outdoor areas of the main house. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. Other things to note Please note that toilet paper must never be disposed of in the toilet. Instead, use the bins provided. Parties and loud events are not permitted. Casa La Costa is located in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask you to respect our neighbors’ need for quiet, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.
