Tiny house with sea view - 300 meters to swimming

Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house. The space Please note that the loft is not very child-friendly. Our children have always enjoyed climbing ladders and going up to the loft. So if you are traveling with small children, please always have the ladder to the loft retracted, so the children cannot climb there. Guest access You have parking right outside the house, with access to the wall charger. You are most welcome to use the lawn above the house, and of course the large terrace down to the sea. Other things to note We provide bed linens, large and small towels and even a kitchen towel. We have two cats that like people very much. They have never been allowed in the mini-house, given that there are guests who may be allergic. But we still want to write it, because it may happen that they come and greet if guests are out on the balcony/patio. If you are allergic or dislike cats, let us know in advance and we will keep them indoors during your stay.
