In the heart of Saint-Sylvain, a charming village, our cottage offers an idyllic setting for nature lovers with its hiking trails allowing you to discover rolling landscapes and panoramic views. Close to rivers and lakes for fishing, canoeing, kayaking or relaxing by the water. Tourist attractions: Argentat sur Dordogne, Beaulieu, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne. Natural sites: Murel and Roche de Vic waterfalls in Albussac, Biodiversity Reserve in Argentat. The space Large furnished holiday cottage in a typical Corrèze barn, recently renovated in a style combining authenticity and contemporary design. Ideal for reunions with family or friends, our cottage is also certified by Tourisme & Handicap for all four types of disability (mental, auditory, motor and visual). It comprises: GROUND FLOOR: - Fitted and equipped kitchen with height-adjustable worktop at the induction hob and sink. - Large dining room with direct access to the terrace for enjoyable moments with family or friends, library with 50-inch flat-screen TV. - Floralie bedroom, accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), with 1 160x200 bed + private bathroom adapted for PRM. - Separate WC accessible to PRM + washbasin, wall-mounted changing table. FIRST FLOOR: - Spacious living room with balcony and panoramic view of the garden and outdoor relaxation area, 65-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player and DVD library. - Office area with bookcase on the landing leading to the living room and sleeping area on the first floor. - Unique treehouse-style bedroom with a wooden structure and secure railings rising to three levels and over 6 metres high, reminiscent of a treehouse, with numerous windows on all sides offering spectacular views both inside and outside. It is equipped with a 140x190 bed with storage drawers on the ground floor, a 140x190 bed on the middle level, and a 90x190 bed on the top level under the roof. It also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. - Baroque bedroom with a 140x190 bed and small built-in wardrobe. This bedroom has a French window opening onto a small terrace at the gable end with wooden cladding on the street side. - Art Deco bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a dressing room hidden behind the headboard wall. - Large bathroom (double sink, bathtub, shower and toilet). - Separate WC + washbasin. MEZZANINE (access via Japanese staircase): - Mezzanine bedroom with one 180x200 bed (can be separated into two 90cm beds) + one 90x190 bed. Unobstructed view of the entire roof structure.
