The space Villa Magnolia Guest House is a strictly Adults-Only, hosted Guest House located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for relaxing and taking in the amazing views and tranquil setting. The Perch is a private guest suite within our home, thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and luxury touches throughout. This suite features: A luxurious king bed with high-end linens and silk duvet Private en-suite bathroom Coffee and wine bar with mini fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker Indoor bistro dining area Flat screen HDTV with full cable and Netflix Central air conditioning and ceiling fan for guest comfort Deck space with comfortable club chairs and outdoor bistro set Complimentary coffee, and a selection of teas Designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation, The Perch offers a spacious and serene retreat while still being part of our welcoming and beautiful home. Guests enjoy stunning lake and vineyard views, thoughtful design, and a peaceful setting just a short walk or cycle to local wineries, beaches, restaurants, and Naramata Village. The owners live on site full-time, and are happy to help with advice about the area, information, and recommendations. Guest access The Perch is one of three spacious and comfortable suites within our home and hosted Guest House. Guests can enjoy the privacy of their suite, as well as utilizing the shared common spaces of our home and beautifully-curated gardens. Please note that there are no guest visitors allowed on Villa Magnolia property at any time, only the booked guests in each of the three suites. The owners live on site, and we are available anytime to help make your Okanagan getaway the best that it can be. We are available at any time, while fully respecting guest privacy. Other things to note Check in starts at 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is no later than 10am on the day of your departure. We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at any time. No guest visitors allowed on the property at any time for any reason, with no exceptions.
