This suite is fitted with a luxurious king size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a coffee/wine bar. You can go wine touring, paddle boarding, golfing, or just relax with the amazing view from your private patio. Naramata Village, wineries, restaurants & the beach are within easy walking distance. The space Villa Magnolia Guest House is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for relaxing and taking in the amazing view. Sit on your comfy loungers with your morning coffee and watch the paddle boarders on the water, and in the evening, you can relax with a nice glass of Okanagan wine and watch the sunset. The owners live on site, and are happy to help with advice about the area, information, and recommendations. Unlike most accommodations in this area, Villa Magnolia Guest House is right in the middle of it all, yet still provides a peaceful oasis for guests. Perfectly situated in the heart of Okanagan wine country, you can walk to seven wineries and Legend Craft Distillery, as well as the restaurants and shops of Naramata Village. The KVR trail is nearby for biking and hiking, and a number of outstanding golf courses are an easy, beautiful drive away. Villa Magnolia also sits in the epicentre of Okanagan wine touring, with 42 wineries on Naramata Bench alone. Designer touches are featured throughout The Perch suite, with a luxurious, dreamy King bed, a silk-filled duvet, a selection of pillows, high-end appointments, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan to ensure our guests are comfortable. There is a large wardrobe, a full-length mirror, and a lovely coffee/wine bar fitted with a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and of course a wine rack for all your treasured Okanagan wine. There is also a bistro set in the room for indoor dining and a flatscreen HDTV with full cable package, and Netflix. Complimentary coffee, a selection of teas, cream and sweeteners are provided. Your private deck features comfortable club chairs, and an outdoor bistro set for al fresco dining overlooking the best lake views in Naramata. Guest access Guest access the suite through the sliding patio doors on the private deck. The deck space is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and 2 club chairs with foot rests for kicking back and soaking in the spectacular view. Please note that no guest visitors are allowed in Villa Magnolia property at any time, with no exceptions. Other things to note Check in starts at 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is no later than 10am on the day of your departure. We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at any time.
