MINI Co Living is a 3-storey apartment building. We rented each room with max. 2ppl. Each room has a typical, minimalist and elegant design. There are shared parking area, shared working area, stairs and elevator for circulation. The room has AC, hot water, Smart TV and High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet Connection. Every room is a private room with a private bathroom & balcony. In-house staff is available and a weekly cleaning service is provided. Very close to Seminyak, Canggu and Kuta area. The space MINI Co Living is the best place to relax and enjoy the quietness in Kerobokan-Seminyak area. It has many open access for direct sunlight in the afternoon (wide windows and has private balcony for every room). Guest access Every guest have an access to use the lobby, communal kitchen and cafe area. These dedicated areas are free to use and can be a place to hang-out outside the rooms. Other things to note The rental rate does not include electricity bill as part of an initiative to encourage tenants to conserve energy and be mindful of their electricity usage. This approach fosters environmental responsibility and helps tenants develop habits that contribute to energy conservation. Means every tenants are responsible to use their own electricity and can top-up the tokens based on their needs. Additionally, personal laundry facilities are not included, so tenants would need to use off-site laundry facilities or arrange for their own washer and dryer.
