Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. We have 120 aces of mainly farming land with horses , chickens , cats and dogs. If you like fishing then you are welcome to catch a few on the Macquarie river which is on the property. Our horses are all trotters who are all trained here on our track. The accommodation is fully fenced and we are pet friendly. We do prefer dogs to stay outside and are definitely not to be left unattended inside the tiny house. The space The Ponderosa Farm stay features a main bedroom with queen bed covered by the highest of quality bedding for your 5 star stay! The living room contains another queen sofa bed with muscle mat topper, which is 10cm thick for that extra comfort than can be set up on request before your arrival or can be easily done through out your stay. Your kitchen / dining area provides you with full size fridge , stove top, microwave, convection oven, air fryer, sandwich toaster and all the utensils and extras to be able to cook any meal you desire. Or maybe you would rather cook your dinner on the bbq just outside on your undercover patio complete with outdoor dining table and chairs and enjoy the view! Fully fenced to keep your fury friends safe when you’re not around. Dogs are preferred to be kept outside, the area is fully undercover and out of the weather. Pets are definitely not to be left unattended inside the property! There is a clothes line located on one end of the building. And washing machine inside the house. The bathroom in your Tiny House contains a very large shower with two shower heads for maximum convenience. The toilet and washing machine are also located here. As hosts we are happy to accommodate requests of anything else you may require for your stay. A Nespresso coffee machine is now in the kitchen for all you coffee lovers ! 19/01/25 Other things to note Fully fenced to keep your pets safe. Pets are preferred to stay outside in the fully enclosed yard. There is a large veranda which provides plenty of shelter from the elements. Under no circumstances are pets to be left inside the property while unattended by guests. The property has two access gates , one which you can drive through and park inside the yard or alternatively park around the other side near the smaller gate. We are happy to consider requests regarding pets depending on the situation. We ask you leave the property just how you found it. All dishes are to be washed, dried and put away before leaving.
